University of Nebraska fans are famously diehard — so much so that seven Cornhusker fanatics are now the proud owners of used urinal troughs from Memorial Stadium.
The stadium is set to undergo a full renovation following the 2026 football season, and some of its fixtures are up for grabs.

The university has already brought in $21,000 from the sale of seven urinals valued at $3,000 each, Joe DiPietro, co-founder of Rare Goods, told The Athletic. Stainless steel water fountains are also up for grabs for $2,500 a piece.
“For the Husker fan, this creates a unique, certainly unforgettable opportunity in the entire Memorial Stadium Collection,” the Buy GBR site states. “Nobody is going to walk into your garage, basement, shop, backyard, or Husker room and ask, ‘Where did you find a stadium urinal trough?’ They are going to ask: ‘Wait. Is that actually from Memorial Stadium?'”

Aside from water fixtures, items like stadium signs, including bathroom signs, section signage and “No Smoking” signs are for sale. Chairs from the locker rooms, suites, and stadium are also up for grabs, as are doors and metal barricades.
Removal of the collectible items is not set to begin until November 22, one day after the Cornhuskers take on the Ohio State Buckeyes at home.
